15. Copyright

15.1 No warranty that the goods sold do not infringe the copyright of a third party is given or is to be implied. If they are manufactured to the purchasers design or according to the purchasers instruction, the purchaser shall indemnify the seller inrespect of all claims, damages, costs and expenses in respect of any alleged infringement and on discovery of such infringement the seller shall be at liberty toterminate the contract and receive payment for all goods supplied, made up or allocated to the purchaser even if not yet at the agreed place of collection by the purchaser or if it shall have been so agreed, not yet delivered by the seller.
