Portfolio Display has been short listed for Business of the Year

Portfolio Display has recently been nominated for 2 business awards, which we are very excited about. In the current economic climate, we are very proud that our business has been able to grow from strength to strength, and that we have been recognised for this achievement.

Portfolio Display has been short listed for Business of the Year and Young Business Person of the Year – 2010
There are 7 categories in total and we extremely happy to have been nominated for 2 of these awards, for local business achievements in the Calderdale area (based in West Yorkshire).

Small to Medium Sized Business of the Year
Portfolio Display, a promotional product manufacturer and supplier of banners, flagpoles and automotive display, is a 25-year-old firm which has seen significant growth in recent times due to the owners’ ability to adapt in the tough times facing the automotive industry.

Young Business Person of the Year
Robert Walker, 29, and Garth Walker, 32, are both directors of family firm Portfolio Display and have both been nominated for the award together by a panel of 3 judges.

The event takes place in November and we are keeping our fingers crossed that we are successful on the night. Either way though, we are very happy to have been nominated.
